Friday Favorites: Boy Meets World

Hey Buzzloves! I feel like I've been major slacking on my Friday Favorites these past couple months. But I promise it's because I've been busy with school and stuffs.  Anyways, I'm back! This week, I was going to do it on my Paris trip, but I'll be making Photo Diaries for my trip, and you can check out my first one HERE!  

This week... There has been A LOT of talk about the Boy Meets World spinoff, Girl Meets World.  I'm still pretty iffy about the whole thing, first because Shawn basically just said that he won't be a part of it... Which just doesn't make sense to me, because Cory and Topanga cannot be living their life without having Shawn living in their guest house, let's be honest.  Unless of course, he's traveling the world writing for Rolling Stones..

If you happen to follow me on Twitter you know how crazy I am about this whole topic.  It's because Boy Meets World is my FAVORITE show EVER!!!!! I love that it is the original creator making the show, so it gives me hope, but the fact that it is on Disney Channel makes me kind of upset.  It should be on like ABC Family, like right before or after Melissa & Joey, that way Jack can come back and it'll be like the Lawrence Brothers hour!? Brotherly Love! You guys, I freaking love Boy Meets World, if you ever want to have a long blown out convo about the show, I'm your girl. Cause if I don't stop now, this post is going to be like 10000 pages long! 

Anywhos, I thought I'd share my favorite episode from every season, cause there are just too many if I just listed all of my favorites.  Because I'd literally post every episode, so one from each season will help me narrow it down.  

Season 1 - Cory's Alternative Friends

Listen guys, this picking thing is SOOO hard! I LOVE THEM ALL! This episode I love cause this is the episode Topanga believes Cory fell in love with her for the first time.  Her lipstick heart face, she was so weird and awesome back in the day! And I think she decided to be one of those girls who shaves her legs, LOL. Plus, I miss the Minkus days. I've mentioned this a few times, I totally think Minkus should be the Presdient or Principle of Girl Meets World. 

Season 2 - Breaking Up is Really Hard to Do

Oh Wendy, you never stood a chance! This was pre Cory+Topanga Forever, of course, but still.  We all knew she wasn't going to last long.  But this episode for me is all about the, 'WHO? WHAT? They want you to take the rolls!' HAHAHAH. I die everytime! And of course Feeny is still kicking it, the same as always! Clearly, even with age Cory&Shawn are still biffers, so Rider Strong, you better change your mind soon!

Season 3 - A Kiss is More Than a Kiss

'That was the longest timeout I've ever had' HAHAHAHAH. Welcome back Morgan! And how freaking cute is Cory over his breakup, goodness Topanga, why did you kiss Shane West?? Seeing Cory breaks my heart, but then just makes me want a Cory of my own! <3

Season 4 - Dangerous Secret

I am literally sitting here watching all the episodes.  So now I'm just going to pick the first one from each season I find, cause you guys they are ALL AMAZING!  This one is one of the more serious topics they do, they have a few throughout the series, but I like this one a lot.  Claire, came out of nowhere, but it shows how good the guys are and how great Cory's parents are. Seriously, Cory is a role model for all kids and his parents should be the role models for all parents!

Season 5 - Eric Hollywood

Ben Sandwitch and Schnider and Banana Boy.  How can you not love this? My friend and I were talking about how we would be good writers for this show! 

Season 6 - Resurrection

One of the serious, touching episodes.  Everyone is waiting on news about the new addition to the Matthews family. It's such a good episode.  I love seeing Eric with Tommy... And some tough times with Cory and Topanga, it always brings them closer together. 

Season 7 - Seven the Hard Way

You have not seen Boy Meets World til you have seen Plays With Squirrels. I mean come on now people, where have you been? I really want to know who came up with the idea and just how and why?! Cause they are a freaking genius!!

You guys, that just took me hours cause I watched most of the episodes. And I died laughing and my heart broke at some parts, cause this show is just amazing in everyway. I hope they can make something that even comes close to this. My friend and I are planning on auditioning if they hold auditions near us, cause I would love to work on this in any way.  Not that it would ever happen, but you guys, how cool would that be? Seriously, I could just keeping going with this. Anyways...
