One Direction Premieres 'Little Things'

There is no point in denying your love for these guys because they are cute, talented, and British. After all my boy band obsessions and people making fun of me for it, this is the first boy band that all my friends and I agree on.  And well, there is no arguing that they are on top of the world right now. Today the band released their new single, "Little Things" off their upcoming album Take Me Home which comes out November 12th in the UK and the 13 in the US and Canada.

Time to discuss! The first time I heard this song, I was a bit put off by the lyrics.  Just cause, they are describing a girl who isn't quite who they would go for. I mean, wrinkles in your eyes, they go for older woman, that makes sense.  But have you ever seen these guys with girls who didn't look like models? Then I stopped overanalyzing it, because I like this video.  Also, knowing that Ed Sheeran wrote this song makes me feel better, I kind of wish he released the song himself though.

About the video, this is what got me to like the song more.  The fact the video starts out with my two favorites, Zayn and Liam, that helps.  And they looked GOOD. Most of all, I loved that everyone had their solo time and how raw the video is.  This song works so well in black & white, and I love B&W done well.  I love that you can see Niall with braces and Louis goofing off, the video really strips the guys down. This is probably my favorite video of theirs, even though it isn't my favorite song.  I prefer their ballads opposed to their upbeat songs, so I like this better than 'Live While We're Young'.
