Summer 2012 TV Guide
Well, Fall shows are way over now and all my mid-season shows are coming to an end in the next week or so. What shall I do with my life? Oh, that's right: summer shows are starting up soon! Some favorites will be coming back, as well as some awesome new shows! Let's see what we can look forward to!
Returning Shows
Awkward June 28
Not that I'm lacking in awkwardness in my life, I just much rather have more of this Awkward than my own. The finale of last season left us wondering who Jenna would choose. Are you guys Team Matty or Team Jake? It's so hard since they are both so freaking adorable! I have to say I'm Team Matty. Even though he can be a bit flakey, he's just so pretty and sweet.

Breaking Bad July 15
Just started watching this show a few weeks ago, and now I know why everyone always raves about. It is SO good! I will probably be all caught up by the time the new season starts. But this will be the last season of the show; it's a shame, but it has had a great run! It could definitely have more seasons if they wanted to, but I think they like the idea of going out while they are still on top. Which is a great way to go.
Degrassi July 16
The last season just ended a couple weeks ago, and now they're back. A music video was just put together, like years past; check it out HERE. I'm kind of confused because so many people are missing. Plus, the only storyline I still care for is Eli/Claire and there isn't anything going on with that. From what it looks there will definitely be a triangle among Drew/Bianca/Katie, in which case Katie needs to leave. Plus, Katie's little sister has a new boy. Those seemed to be the staples of the upcoming season. We got a glimpse of a few other storylines as well. As always Degrassi will be intense and a bit cheesy...you gotta love it.
Jane by Design June 5
One of those lighthearted shows that I just can't stop watching. Oh Billy, why you so good looking? Just like Awkward, Jane has to choose between Billy and Jeremy. Like there is a question: Billy! Then again, I kinda don't want them to be together because I like them as friends. I'd like to see Jane get back together with Nick and her tell him the truth.

Pretty Little Liars June 5
The show I just can't stop watching. I get so irritated after every episode, yet I keep watching. I can't help it. First of all there is so much eye candy; that is enough in itself. But the girls can be so stupid and the finale of last season was rather disappointing. But I am interested in seeing what they do with the new season.
Suits June 14
Harvey. Mike. I'm so ready for you. Definitely, the show I am most excited to return. Like most shows, the last season ended with a cliffhanger, and I'm actually not too sure how they are going to play it out. Also, this has become one of my favorite bromances! I love all the characters and Harvey's movie references. Oh, I'm so freaking excited. If you haven't checked out this show yet, please do!

Brand New Shows
Baby Daddy June 20
So, this show doesn't look particularly awesome. However, it does have my Kyle-XY lover Jean-Luc Biloudeau in it. Just for him, I will check it out. The cast is pretty dandy, and the baby is super adorable!
Common Law May 11
Michael Ealy...on TV...on a weekly basis? Is there more of a reason to do anything, ever? The premiere of the show was actually a couple weeks ago. The pilot was free on iTunes and possibly Amazon, too. It's about two cops who have to take couples therapy to get over their issues. USA is seriously the home of the best bromances. Can't wait to see more!
The Newsroom June 24
Aaron Sorkin is brilliant. Probably the new show of the summer that I'm looking forward to the most. The cast is pretty great; the show looks very interesting and intense. This is going to be a hit for sure! Might be a bit too political for me, but it will be worth the watch!
Perception July 9
Just came across this show the other day. I'll be checking it out, but not sure if I'll be watching intently. TNT is great at coming up with the procedurals. The name and parts of the trailer reminds me of Inception, which is actually a good thing. The overview makes the main character look very interesting.
What will you be watching this summer?
